Samsung recently launched its first MediaTek running smartphone in India called the Samsung Galaxy A31. Now a latest leak suggests that the company may be planning to bring another phone with MediaTek processor. As per an online leak, Samsung is working on a new version of its affordable Galaxy A01 phone with MT6379 processor. The smartphone has allegedly been listed on benchmark listing site Geekbench.

The listing further suggests that the phone will come equipped with One UI based on Android 10. It says that the handset may be powered by a MediaTek MT6379 processor clocked at 1.5GHz. It is likely that the phone will pack 1GB of RAM.
The listing, however, does not mention any of its camera specs. The Galaxy A01 launched last year offers a 13MP primary lens and a 2MP secondary shooter. On the front, it has a 5MP camera for selfies.
